Choral Conductor

My keen interest in choral singing goes back to my early schooldays when I was involved in singing in school choirs and performing as a treble soloist. I began training choirs in my church appointments as organist and choirmaster and as a teacher in schools preparing choirs for concerts and competitive festivals. Later I gained much experience in conducting choirs and choral societies.

My qualification as a teacher of singing and voice training has been very useful in the choral training situation. I have conducted many performances of major works among them Bach: B minor Mass, St. Matthew Passion, St. John Passion, Beethoven: Missa Solemnis, Handel: Messiah, Mozart: Requiem, Duruflé: Requiem, Faure: Requiem, Britten: St. Nicholas etc, all with professional soloists and orchestra. I am now available as a guest conductor and deputy conductor for rehearsals and performances.
